Gourmet Tapenade Omelet

Ingredients
Medium sized frying pan w/lid
2 Refrigerated Eggs
1 –Tbls Gourmet Olive Tapenade
1 –Slice Provolone Cheese
salt & pepper


1. Lightly oil a medium sized frying pan (Canola Oil cooking spray is recommended)
2. Pre-heat pan on stove using a medium temperature
3. Break eggs into a bowl and stir w/fork to blend yolks and whites
4. Place eggs into pan and cover
5. When eggs begin to set (about 4 minutes), spoon Tapenade into top half of omelet
6. Place Provolone Cheese over Tapenade
7. Using a spatula, gently fold bottom half of omelet over top
8. Remove from heat and cover
9. When cheese starts to melt (about 2 minutes), remove omelet from pan
10. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
