Gourmet Olive Tapenade Toast

Ingredients
1 4-ounce jar of Olive Affairs Gourmet Olive Tapenade
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
16 thin slices of baguette or 4 thin slices of sourdough bread, cut into
wedges or quarters (crusty sourdough or French baguette is best for this
intensely flavored toast)
Italian parsley sprigs


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add the garlic to the olive oil and brush on
the bread.
Place on a baking sheet and toast until crisp and lightly golden, about 8
minutes.
Spread ½ tablespoon tapenade on each of the toasts or place a small dollop
on one end or corner. Place a small sprig of Italian parsley on top just before
serving.
Makes 16 toasts.
