Gourmet Cream Cheese and

Olive Tapenade Spread

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 4-ounce jar of Olive Affairs Gourmet Olive Tapenade
2 tablespoons milk or light cream
1 teaspoon prepared spicy brown mustard

Beat all ingredients with a fork until creamy, cover, and chill 2-3 hours. Let
stand at room temperature 15-20 minutes and use as a spread for any bread.
Makes about 1 cup, enough for 4 sandwiches.
