Our Gourmet Olive Tapenade has a hint of anchovy...less than you'll find in a Ceasar Salad.
This gives the tapenade a richer and darker flavor profile without actually tasting the anchovy.

So, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that the "shelf life" (at least at our house) was disturbing to say the least. The good news is that the shelf life was short lived because my family of three (including me) reenacted an old episode of Live Atlanta Wrestling as we elbowed our way to the tapenade within hours of its arrival at our house. Law and Order could have used our kitchen as a crime scene.
Here's the bottom line - it was amazing and I wish it was sold in growlers.
Olive at First Taste.......

We bought our first jar at a shop in Savannah, GA (our hometown), and when we tasted the Tapenade we had a hard time putting the lid back on the jar! We're now on our 3rd jar and have no plans to enter a 12 step program. Purchase at your own risk of becoming another addict ;)
