FRONT OF THE HOUSE

Inspired by the World Famous Muffuletta Sandwich at the Central Grocery in New Orleans, Larry "The Iceman" Eisenberg diligently studied the yellowed newspaper articles describing the birth of this culinary delight lining the wall of this famous establishment. Then, Larry and his partner, Vicki Forton, tweaked the recipe with their own secret elixir.

Confidently introducing friends and family to their latest creation, Vicki and Larry were amazed at the postive reactions of those that tasted this mixture. The feedback was "This is so delicious. Have you considered selling it to the public?"
 

"Aha!" thought Vicki and Larry, and off to the Markets they went.
 

One by one, introducing people to Front of the House Gourmet Olive Tapenade, Vicki and Larry proudly offer what many consider "the best tasting olive spread" in the United States.

 Vicki and Larry have not looked back since -- other than to express gratitude to the growing numbers of satisfied customers.
